In our following data protection declaration, which we have produced according to the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, in particular Art 13 GDPR) with the information provided for there, you will find information about the data protection law aspects of our internet appearance.

3. Purposes of data processing
Insofar as we process personal data, this processing serves implementation of our offer (e.g. dispatch of a confirmation or download link, implementation of a competition), online marketing (e.g. dispatch of newsletters), statistical purposes and improvement of our offer.
The legal foundation for processing can be consent requested from and granted by you (Art 6 subsection 1 lit a) GDPR) or the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract with you (Art 6 subsection 1 lit. b9 GDPR) or a legal obligation which affects us (Art 6 subsection 1 lit c) GDPR) or attending to justified interests (Art 6 subsection 1 lit f) GDPR), for example documentation of use of our offer or also coincidence of a number of the aforementioned reasons.

- the information provided to us by the terminal which you use, the e-mails which you open and how you proceed with these e-mails, so that we can follow up whether our e-mails are interesting for you and we can possibly make our service more interesting for you (Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. f GDPR).
We inform you whenever provision of personal data by you has been prescribed by law or by contract or is necessary for conclusion of a contract, whenever you are obliged to provide the data in question and the consequence of failure to provide them.
5. SSL encryption, cookies, social networks, analysis tools
SSL encryption
When we transmit confidential data, we use an SSL encryption. You can recognise this by the display "https://" in your browser.
Cookies
On our internet site, we use cookies, small files which are stored on your hard disk and in which information is stored which the service setting the cookie can read out again. This is only possible if you have allowed this in your browser, in which context permission is the default setting of most customary browsers. You can individually change this default setting in your browser and thus prevent the use of our cookies.
Social networks in general
To the extent that we provide buttons with the name of a social network on our website, you can open the social network in question or its internet site if you click on the button in question. You then go to the site of the social network in question from our site. In this context, the operator of the social network can store the fact that you have accessed the site of the social network in question from our site. Please get information about this and the processing of your data in the social network in question from the data protection declarations of the social networks which you use.
6. Forwarding of your data to third parties
If you conclude contracts with third parties via our site, we forward the data necessary for performance of the contract to these third parties so that they can fulfil the contract (Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. b und f GDPR). You are informed about this and the data forwarded in the individual case beforehand at the place in question.
We forward your e-mail address to the sponsors named on our site at the time of your approval - only insofar as and to the extent that you have consented to this beforehand –, so that they can send you the e-mail on the product categories selected by you and stated on our internet site at this e-mail address.
If you have separately consented to a forwarding of the telephone number or the postal address notified to us, we forward these data to the sponsors named on our site at the time of your approval for the purpose of marketing by post or by telephone, so that they can send you product advertising tailor-made to match you concerning the products selected by you and stated on our internet site via these channels.
This forwarding is done within the statutory framework of Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. b and f GDPR.
If a statutory obligation to forward your personal data to third parties exists (Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. c) GDPR), we comply with this obligation. The same applies in the event of a legal dispute (Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. f GDPR), in the event of take-over of our enterprise by a third party or of insolvency (Art. 6 subsection 1 lit. f GDPR).
We ourselves do not have the intention of transmitting your data to a third country or an international organisation (Art. 13 subsection 1 lit. f) GDPR). However, use of Google Analytics and Google Fonts does mean transmission of personal data to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google LLC is a member of the EU-US Privacy Shield (www.privacyshield.gov). A suitability resolution of the European Commission has yet to be passed.

We exclusively store your data on our own and rented servers within the European Union.

We protect your data against unauthorised access by all sensible and factually and financially possible measures of an administrative, organisational, technical and physical nature. Our servers have been protected against unauthorised access according to the state of the art, our employees have been trained and are reliable, the stored data have been encrypted and our rooms physically protected against unauthorised access.

11. Minors
Our site is exclusively aimed at persons of age and of full legal capacity. We do not process any personal data of persons who are not of age or are not of legal capacity, at least not knowingly.
12. Automated decision-making / profiling
Automated decision-making, in particular profiling within the meaning of Art 13 subsection 2 lit f) and Art 22 subsection 1, does not take place with us.
